CHSAA still sucks

The Colorado High School Activities Association still sucks. They are another group of educational idiots who have been allowed to rule the roost for much too long. When I was in High School, it seemed every time we turned around we had some dumb CHSAA rule that kept us from doing something.

CHSAA has also had a problem with Game Officials. It seems that there is no real recourse for anybody to follow when trying to deal with a bad official.

So what have they done now, they are refusing to move a couple of games back a few hours so that a team from a Jewish High School might get to play for the title, if they make it that far. As many people might NOT know most people of Jewish faith, as well as those belonging to the Church of God (7th Day) - that would included BigBeretta, can not work or play sports from sundown on Friday until sundown on Saturday. There are times when we violate the rule either by choice or necessity but most of us would not consider this game a necessity and would rather not do it by choice.

CHSAA doesn't seem to care. My opinion it is time for a major overhaul in education in Colorado including CHSAA.

To whatever time might play the Jewish team, if they make it to play against you and CHSSA won't budge, stand up for your fellow players and forfeit the game. That way both sides forfeit and the only ones that look bad are the idiots at CHSAA

its your fault, no its your fault -- part 2 -- or HUA on design

Okay so the head bozo at the University of Colorado Hospital says it wasn't a design problem when referring to their new off site heli-pad. It is so far off site that you have to be transported by ambulance to the hospital from the pad.

What an idiot. It was a poor design, actually it was a "no design" they didn't design it in so they had to pull something out of their ass. You know anybody with a brain could have looked at the plans very early one and solved the problem by asking one question, "Where is the helicopter going to land?"

Oh well, it just proves much of what I have always said. Nurses and Doctors who work in hospitals live in their own world far, far away from reality.

Here is a copy of the letter I sent to the hospital:

Okay, so you have this building full of all of these people who have spent all of this time in school and NO ONE thought to ask, "Where is the helicopter going to land?" What a bunch of idiots. I guess it is true, too much education does make you plain stupid.

I used to be a UCD student and had to spend a few days at the old UCH. I was very, very proud to learn about the new hospital and even had a doctor at the new medical center and watched some of the new hospital being built. I just assumed then that pad would be on top. Shows what I know.

As for that bullshit line about it not being a design issue. I guess that is right. If you don't design a pad then it isn't an issue. What a HOT, STEAMING LOAD OF BULLSHIT. Somebody please find that man a proctologist and see if they can find his head.

It is one thing if you build a building in 1950 and then later a new technology comes along, helicopter, and you have to scramble to make it work. However, it is completely different it in the late 1990's to early 2000's you start work on a new state of the art building, and whoops, forget about a proven and much used technology. Everybody better look at, no telling what other medical technology was forgotten, anesthesia maybe.

Its your fault, no its your fault....

Either it be New Orleans or Leadville, I want to know what is wrong with the officials of the Towns, Cities, Counties, and States that encompass these areas. I just don't understand how they can see a problem and then do nothing about it.

Leadville has known that there was a problem with the mine up there and all of that water. Why didn't the Town, County, and State get off their assess and start working on the problem?

That seems to be the "in thing" these days. See a problem, point and demand action but do nothing. I don't care if the mine or the levees in N.O. belong to someone else, if you are in the danger area, do something about it!

Oh yeah, Gov. Ritter, go suck an egg. You are such a liberal idiot. Grow a spine and some nuts and do your job. Sorry, I forgot you can't grow a spine or nuts because if you could, you couldn't belong to your political party.

What is wrong with these people, don't they want a job?

Okay, so I placed an ad in the paper to get some work done that I can't do. I got lots and lots of calls. So, I just made a list and made plans with the first guy. Well, he didn't show up. He didn't even call. That just pisses me off. Now I am in limbo. I have another offer of help (I am paying for this to get done by the way.) but I promised to call the others back and let them know. So now I need to know if the other pans out before I call them back.

This is a paying job. This isn't a poor is me help me thing. I have the money. Doesn't anybody want a job?

What really burns me is that I hear all of the time that people can't find a job, even a part time job to make a few bucks. WRONG! There are plenty of jobs if people want to do them. IT is just like the people who live on several acres of land, but who won't grow a garden or won't plant fruit trees but want to bitch about the cost of groceries. Don't complain to me if you don't like the price of peas when you can plant and grow all of the peas you want on the cheap. Most people around here have water rights and even if they don't there are ways to fix that.

So to all of you people out there who have HUA, don't complain to me about there not being jobs or the cost of food because that is CRAP!

Tired...

Today has been a tiring day. Didn't do a lot, but what I did get done ran my nerves up the flag pole and back down. I am just glad that there are nice people still around who can help you to work out problems when they arise.

What are these people thinking?

Okay, normally I respect Dr. Dobson even if I don't always agree with him. However, after his comments this week, I am not sure that I will respect him if he follows through on his plan to boycott the election if McCain becomes the Republican Nominee, which he will.

I understand boycotting sometimes, but a national election for President of the United States of America. What are they thinking? You can not in any form or fashion boycott this election. If he and his group does they are virtually guaranteeing a victory for either Obama or Clinton.

I guess there is the old saying that you get the government you deserve, the unfortunate thing is that means the rest of us also get that government even if we don't deserve it.

McCain is not my first choice but I think he is the lesser of the evil compared to his Democratic counter parts. I just don't understand how Dr. Dobson could prefer for Clinton or Obama to become President over McCain...

President McCain?

Okay, so I have just typed something that I never thought I would. I had hoped that Huckabee, Thompson, or even Tancredo might make it but it looks like it will be McCain.

Truthfully I hope he chooses someone like Huckabee to be the V.P. Any Republican ticket has to be better than Billary or Hobama.
